A document scanner without a subscription

Scanner apps tend to cost $30–60 a year, every year. Armadillo Scan is $14.99, once — and covers the iPhone app and the web app.

Free for 7 days, then $14.99 once — no subscription. After the trial you can still add one document a day for free.

How it works

Download Armadillo Scan and use everything free for 7 days.
Scan pages (they're found, squared up and flattened automatically), sign, redact, merge, search the text.
If it earns its place, unlock it once for $14.99. That's it — no renewal.
Not ready to pay? You can keep scanning one document a day for free.

A single purchase unlocks the iPhone app and the web app.

Nothing to sign up for, and no email list.

Scanning, text recognition and search all happen on your device.

Sign, redact properly, reorder and merge pages, open Word documents, export to Word, JPEG or text.

Is it really a one-time purchase?

Yes. $14.99 once unlocks everything for good. There is no subscription option at all.

What happens after the free week?

Documents you made stay open and shareable, and you can still scan one new document a day for free. Editing tools need the unlock.

Does one purchase cover the web app?

Yes — buy in the iPhone app, then sign in to the web app with the same Apple Account.
